Grzegorz Suwalski MD, PhD
Founder and Board President, Chief Executive Officer
Dr Suwalski is a specialist in cardiac surgery, co-creator of the QUANTUM INNOVATIONS concept. He is an author of over 120 scientific publications and congress reports and a co-author of the implementations of several innovative surgical techniques published abroad and in this country (including The New York Times). A member of Polish and international scientific societies, he underwent training in centers in Switzerland and Germany and is a lecturer at the Medical University of Warsaw. Co-founder of Quantum Innovations – a company developing devices for use during cardiac surgery.
He is a graduate of the First Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw, and has a PhD in medical sciences awarded by the Military Institute of Medicine in Warsaw

Przemysław Furdal
Founder and Board Vice-President, Chief of Project Management
Przemysław Furdal specializes in the management of research and development projects. He gained his experience at BTM Innovations where in recent years he has been involved in acquiring and coordinating project tasks from the earliest stages, i.e. analysing the market potential of projects, creating intellectual property protection strategies, as well as preparing a comprehensive business plan and obtaining financing. He has participated in over 25 complex projects so far. He prepared, among other things, comprehensive documentation for investors.
He is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk (medical chemistry), the University of Warsaw (organic chemistry), Warsaw School of Economics (management) and a patent attorney applicant.

Pawlos Mandzios
Vice-President, Chief Finance Officer
Pawlos Mandzios is an active entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in development of numerous business ventures. Graduated in several universities: Medical University of Wroclaw, Wroclaw University of Economics and Sorbonne Université where he completed specialized studies in Management at MBA level.
For many years he has been involved in new technologies and HR industry. He has successfully participated in the development of start-ups which are active in the market till now. He is co-founder of start-up companies established at GK Work Service S.A. where he worked as manager and member of the Management Board.
Pavlos Mandzios has been managing more than 50 business projects funded by EU with capitalization level exceeding 150 mln PLN. Currently he develops startup companies as co-founder and leads acceleration of newly established entities. Since 2016 he is also an investor and originator of new projects in the field of new technologies and IT. Currently he develops following projects: ChallyU and Unfold (awarded by the National Center for Research and Development as rising star in the GameINN Sector Program).

Andrzej Morawiec MD, PhD
Supervisory Board
Physician, entrepreneur, investor and manager in medical company. Specialized in nephrology and working for years as consultant in Germany. Founder and creator of private dialysis therapy centers in Germany. Experienced in commercialization in medical sector. Former board member of B-Braun – global medical company, present in cardiac surgical devices market.

Prof. Elżbieta Malinowska
Supervisory Board
Professor Elżbieta Malinowska received her Ph.D. in 1984 and D.Sc. in 2002 in the field of analytical chemistry at the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT). She worked at ETH Zurich (Switzerland) as a post-doc (1985-86) and has been invited several times (1993-2006) as a visiting professor by Department of Chemistry at the University of Michigan (USA). In 2007 she got a title Professor of Natural Sciences. She is the head of Nanomaterials, Biosensors and Medical Diagnostics research group at The Chair of Medical Biotechnology of WUT. In years 2018-23 she served as V-ce Director for R&D at Centre of Advanced Materials and Technologies CEZAMAT of WUT.
Her research topics were initially related to the development and miniaturization of ion-selective electrodes, and are currently focused on design of receptor layers for biosensors (mainly immuno- and genosensors), development of electrochemical biosensors and their implementation in flow-through devices for bioanalytical applications. She has co-authored over 150 publications (H-index 32, Citations > 3100). She promoted 13 Ph.D. students. Since 1997, she has managed 17 research and/or R&D projects.

Women’s right protector involved in fight for the rights of women in Africa including cases related to medical rights and self- determination. Independent Company owner, spokes person for the company, responsible for international and cross – boarder legal contracts and operations.
